I'm absolutely shocked and appalled by this video.

I mean, all that money the US military spends on AH64's and they don't even come with colour HiDef recording????

The contractors who will replace the journos who got hosed will no doubt get a big rate rise...

Yes it might be nothing new to hear that war is like this, and that the U.S. are has liberally employed retards to make such important decisions. Or that they enjoy deliberately killing anyone, anywhere, without even a thought as to humanity. Yes we all know that. But this is the first time I've seen such a video, and it is quite an eye opener. Who do you trust - who can you trust - to make your world safer?

            How was the "video" obtained?

                a) We're any British?
                b) Are there any contracts now up?
                c) Can Dodgy Agent get the contact details?
                d) Was there any effect on house prices?

Now these would have raised an eyebrow, but otherwise --------------------

Nealry as hilarious as putting it on the internet for everyone to watch for entertainment in the first place.

I understand that it's a peculiar human condition to make light of tragedies such as this, with throwaway comments and flippant remarks.

Somebody once said to me that it's a coping mechanism of sorts.

Does laughter, however in poor taste, inure one from the sheer horror of it all ? Should laughter be used in this way as a form of desensitisation ?

I'm not suggesting that I am an arbitrater of what people should and shouldn't do. What interests me is what they do and why they do it.

I once worked with a chap who had to crack a joke at everything in the office. Every sentence would end with a low chuckle. I used to watch him and listen to his words, study his body language and his timing, and I got the impression that he didn't have the confidence to say something, without getting some sort of comedic approval from the group.

                    People watching is fascinating.
Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

                      Try Modern Warfare 2...

In addition to it being in HD, the further advantage is that if it actually is an RPG that someone is aiming at you, falling from the sky is less damaging than in real life.
