Cheers for the quotes Nick. Yeah, has been a tough couple of weeks. Had one server hacked which caused me a royal PITA and then this week has been a lot of stuff around the budget. Some bits for CUK and then another client of mine who produce budget reports have me working on budget night. On top of that all the nonsense on here and I have not managed to get much at all done in terms of setting up the new version. Did the upgrade on a local machine here and as they have completely changed the templating I have to try and find a couple of quiet days to get my head into that.

As I said though I don't see any great regime change here and I am certainly not keeping any great changes under wraps. shaunbhoy - you will be free to view the new version before I make it live if you like. Drop me a PM to remind me and will send you IP and domain details of the test site when I have something worth seeing!

Cheers for the offer admin, but I am happy to await the general unveiling safe in the knowledge that it will be totally fit for purpose.

        Chillax!!
Just wondering how long you have to be here to be considered no longer a new comer. Some have been here 10 years. Me, just over a year.

Nope, same old paranoid recluse I always was

Not sure why you think I have been any worse lately tbh. If anything I've been more rambunctious with the "trolls".

Well, well sp. I really don't want you to go. Really, really, really.

It genuinely makes me sad that someone who has given me a bollocking, given me links to some great tunes and has policed this bear pit with a great deal of success feels this way.

And if anyone wants to start any "ooh another bedwetter" nonsense - just sod off.

                A prince among Mods

I will miss your (albeit quite rarely exposed) humour.
(I think) the board in general (sic) will miss you.

Unless you were on the old board, you will never be considered to be anything other than a "new comer" by certain members of CUK.

That doesn't necessarily make you a bed-wetter or not, but unless your join date is before August 2005, you'll always be a newbie to some.

Just for clarity - that is meant in no way to be a criticism of any particular poster, group of posters, clique, gang etc.
If you have to add a , it isn't funny. HTH. LOL.

It's a shame to see you go, and you'll be missed.

Hate to disagree with you on your last post, but I am. Same as it always was, if anything I think it was more savage in the old days. That's why I've hung around as long as I have.

The mods seem to be dropping like flies. At this rate we'll end up moderating ourselves.
