      I wouldn't pay the bus fare to get to it.

      If the company goes that cheap for it's recruitment agents, I wouldn't rate it's competency in other areas.

      Thank God I haven't got one of their credit cards, that's all I can say...

        So what is the point at which you say "Sod it, I'm not working for that rate, I'd rather max my credit cards and ultimately be unable to cover the mortgage and so have the family out on the street"?

            It is not always the recruitment agents. I have been asked for a Project manager to work in London for a one year "contract" on a "permanent" rate of £45,000. The truth is that someone will take it and also that person may be pretty good. There are any number of reasonably good PMs out there who have been recently made redundant with nice pay off packages who simply want to work.

            It is a buyers market out there.
