That Norbert Dentressangle chap just went past in his lorry.

Haven't seen Eddie Stobart. No wonder the country is going to the dogs

Got woken up at 5am by the snow plough clearing our road. Drifted back to sleep, only to be woken up a few minutes later by the snow plough clearing the pavement. Dozed off again, only to be woken up by the gritting lorry.

OTOH, at least the pavements and roads are snow and ice free, and there's no disruption to traffic.

I've just checked in for my flight tomorrow to Heathrow. Anyone want to bet whether it's cancelled?

I crashed my car into a bus shelter last night.

After gliding serenely on black ice (under fresh snow) for about 40 metres at 15 MPH, right across the road!!!!!

          Broke the indicator.

When I got out of the car I was surrounded by the wreckage of previous car accidents (8 cars) some of which were right offs.

Faster, faster, faster, until the thrill of speed overcomes the fear of death.

Patience is something you admire in the driver behind you and scorn in the one ahead.

              Another inch overnight last night.

Almost a foot in total now. Dogs are loving it. They go out and play for 20 minutes, get cold, come in and warm up and demand to go back out again.

              Working from home today.

It's pathetic in South West Lon. Mrs MM was quite upset that the school wasn't shut...
