Go indoor rock-climbing - a really rewarding activity, get to meet some interesting people, get the fantastic sense of achievement upon completing your first lead-climb, and graduate to outdoor climbing in the summer.
It's also a natural way of building up your all-round strength & stamina, and supplements other exercise nicely.Comment
