Beef and Lamb are fantastic if you have the time (days) to cook them sloooowly so that they fall apart with a fork.

You can't fault chicken for ease and adaptability though.

If I'm eating out and don't know the place that well, it's always chicken for me.

I can get a free curry - chicken by choice - after an evening on the reservoir because the owners of the curry house regard trout curry as a treat.

Not many. But that's not the point, you rarely see duck or egg curry either.

Very few. But my local Goan restaurant does a beef Xiacuti and a pork curry too, and they are both yummy.
