          Beef and Lamb are fantastic if you have the time (days) to cook them sloooowly so that they fall apart with a fork.

          You can't fault chicken for ease and adaptability though.

          If I'm eating out and don't know the place that well, it's always chicken for me.

                      Very few. But my local Goan restaurant does a beef Xiacuti and a pork curry too, and they are both yummy.
