            You need to get stakeholders in a room to discuss.

            If they all agree to go live - then fine - otherwise.....

            Obviously, cover yer a$$ with an email to all with the decision.

              WHS. Throw it back on them and get it in writing, they'll then think a little more carefully and probably back off. If they do give you the go ahead to throw it into live then it's a chance to show them you are up to it and will get it working.

                Also....

                Ensure you also contact :-

                Change Manager
                Release Manager
                Incident Manager

                I'm sure they would be very keen to ensure that the release is trouble free.

                I,of course, presume you have ITIL processes installed....?

                    It seems like it's an ITIL service transition course group assessment scenario question...

                    What would you do if.....?

                      Yeah it sounds like you are:

                      * Release Manager
                      * QA Manager
                      * Config Management Lead
                      * Operations Manager
                      * Business Sponsor

                      when you're probably just a jobbing developer? Developers should not go near live!

                      Escalate this and put a rocket up things (so to speak). Get all decisions and opinions on email. Make it clear you are a professional and you don't work like this, but suggest ways to progress properly.
