- you already have 2 hours one weekday at my local pool for ladies only (and not just muslims, many indian hindus and sikhs are also more comfortable with this)
- halah food is already available in many schools with sizeable muslim populations. Just as kosher food is available in schools with sizeable jewish populations.

On a silly note, when you go to the mosque and say your prayers, does everyone bob up and down in his own rhythm or do you bob up and down in unison? What difference that does that make? The state should look after all its citizens in an impartial way. I suppose Muslims pay tax too.

Re: the pools - women only days were requested by women generally, not Muslim women in particular. Its common practice even in Non-muslim areas.
