In an area with a substantial French population I would expect the local state school to cater for the tastes of the French children they had - without special treatment or increasing the costs of course. and I'm guessing this is what happens.
As for private schools there are plenty of Muslim ones I suppose.

How preparing two different types of meal would not increase the cost?
I guess that is where our point of view differs anyway.
I believe state and religion should be strongly separated.

Other worrying things in France, are the facts that many town mayor, give away state-owned pieces of land to muslims so that they can build mosques, in order to secure muslim vote.
