They all cost money, and a grand more or less is the going rate in most places in London.

    Oh, London.

And where was it specified in this thread that we were all talking about London?

Is this perhaps you being so self absorbed that you can't see past your own set of circumstances?

It wasn't. But that's what it costs me (If my kid was in 5 days a week), and that's the figure you're commenting on ...

That was in response the "grand a day" nursery comment. So read the threads with a little more sense before attacking my posts.

I will be the one who says what debate I'm talking about. If I wanted to get into the "sending kids to nursery" debate, I'd get into it.

            A grand a day?

            Missed that one.

I got no issues with you up till today, and I've only an issue with you on sending kids to nurseries clearly.

You can take it further if you like, I think you're getting a bit carried away with this, and now you're sort of getting border line insulting.

To be honest, in this case I think you're a bit full of yourself.

Accept the fact someone decides to send their kid to a nursery for a grand a month, and leave it there. You make you're own choices, and do what's right for you. Like I say, I won't criticise that, that's your prerogative.

Everyone has an opinion on raising kids, most people are different but usually most of us learn to keep them to ourselves. I reckon that's a good thing.

Interesting you have no problem with spending a £1K a month getting pissed in theme pubs.

I think even in the north east you are looking at 650 a month.

Its fooking expensive, nursery care. Its just the way of it.Its not like you have the choice of paying a range of fees from next to nowt to a couple of grand, its either pay the going rate or dont send your kids to nursery.

Places at el cheapo council nurserys are, I believe, a little like rocking horse poo.

Belfast - £35-£40 a day for nursery care.

                      That's why he's only going 1 day a week
