At my medical for the last permie job I did, the doc asked me what I would do if someone threw a screwdriver at me. 'Duck and run'
he ticked off his clipboard. After the medical I asked him if this was a psychological part of the test and he just smiled, and said 'you have no idea what they say'

that evening I asked my bird the same question. 'Throw it back at his head'

When I was about to get married, my future father in law told me that they had no divorces in the family. Some widows, but no divorces. That focuses the mind a bit.
