Interestingly the person who is least happy is "Mrs BP" who is actually my girlfriend. We have a child together. Mrs BP hates the UK and desperately wants to go abroad. The only reason we dont do it is because of the kids and seeing their mother. In some ways she thinks I should have stopped them seeing their mother so we could go abroad!!

On reading this thread I think I got off incredibly lightly on the divorce front, mine while expensive hasn't resulted in problems with the children and my ex and I don't try to kill each other.

Sorry to spoil the party, but some of us do have happy marriages and were married to the right person.
One fatal mistake here... Marriage, why get Married? Do you enjoy giving away your wealth so much?
The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.
But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”
