That she's scared of you because you're physically aggressive towards her.

That's what I understood from the word "thug".

The kids whine alot about their mother - but sometimes we love those who mistreat us?
Brillo, all my sympathies. I could tell you some stories (which my kids tell me) and I think their mum treats them very much as an afterthought.

However, to the point. (1) I don't think my behaviour (be it cross or be it in an advisory capacity) to my ex has ever made a difference. She just hasn't got a clue. (2) I'm certain that while the kids whine they still love their mum very much. I know mine do.

      (I speak from much experience)

Be vigilant and keep on caring, but WW3 is more likely to devastate the kids who may end up hating you for taking them from her.

          roflmfao

I did get accused of it - happens in alot of divorce cases.

Interesting really that physical aggression is such a poor way of upsetting people. One can achieve so much more with far better techniques.

Are you sure she shouldn't not just stick to the soup recipes?

Is it, then, the norm for formerly good Mums to become wicked witches with their kids once the supremely embittered hubby loses the car and house, etc.?

Note to BP's Girly, in your recipe for "Brocolli and Roquefort", remind people to clean out the food processor as the stuff goes rancid after a day or two...

TBH, I haven't yet sampled any of BP's girly's soups. Cooking seems to be quite low down on our list of priorities at the moment. Lego is up there near the top though!

I have heard it said that you don't really know someone until you divorce them.

But if men had the power women have it would be alot alot worse.

Women only have that power because men have empowered them by predominantly thinking with their bollocks!
