              I often wonder why we didn't let Hitler just get on with the job. At least he was up front about his plans for european domination. He didn't dress it up as a cosy little trading arrangement and start getting puppet governments to push through increasing power grabs.

                Actually, I've been out for a couple of years.
                How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.
