Its still snowing in central london.

That's not possible, I thought the combined bright shining of all that "talent" in the City would have melted the snow before it hit the ground?

Stopped snowing here and the snow is looking very wet and slushy on the roads.

Probably freeze again tonight

It feels warm out and about compared to late. Just above freezing. Goodness knows what it will feel like when we approach average temperatures for the time of year now that cold acclimatisation has kicked in.

I think the temp here is a fraction above freezing (can't be bothered to check).
Hasn't snowed now since 7 pm.

Snow is starting to melt here and turning into a sort of brown gritty slush puppy.

Woken by the sound of heavy rain and masses of snow and ice sliding off the house roof at 04:45

Light blue skies with a hint of cloud this morning. And a major tailback on the M40 from which to appreciate the view.

There's no weather here are the moment, because I haven't looked outside, and as we all know, outside only exists when directly observed.
