Just to clarify, you’re the ex-military guy who runs up Gibraltar rock in full kit for jollies? My brother did the same. Father was based there for a few years in 1960 too.Originally posted by Sockpuppet View Post

No, I believe that churchy is the 6'8"ex military type. SP still lives with his mum.

And vicious with it.are of them getting a squirrel though as they are usually too quick.
Personally I'd be more worried about the cats.
Just leave it - this is nature 'red in tooth and claw', innit?
(Though you might have to pick the tail up, I suspect it'll be too furry to eat...)"I can put any old tat in my sig, put quotes around it and attribute to someone of whom I've heard, to make it sound true."

Saying that I almost got into a fight at a petrol station this morning.Originally posted by Sockpuppet View PostI'm a lover (

Some pilk seemed to take offence at me driving at the speed limit. Seemed to think horns and headlights were the way forward. I seemed to think that an emergency stop was in order. Its always nice to test the reflexes of them when they are half and inch from your towbar wielding bumper.
I needed diesel next station so pulled in...pilko had seem me indicate and was waiting for me. I was all ready to give him a hug until a police range rover pulled in.
He probably just needed to feel loved.Comment

We used to have acat with a real downer on squirrels, she caught a few, and her party trick was to rip their tails of and parade round the house with it leaving a very stunned looking corpse in the back garden. I half suspect that was her preferred method of rodent despatch
