I am still struggling to see the connection between this incident and fatherhood. Alas I can only think I upset SockPuppet - which is a shame as I like him.

SockPuppet - is everything okay? Its nearly Crimbo - lets put this aside until the new year?
Apart from the poor squirrel dead, how about possible infections and diseases spread because of this to the cat and indirectly to the people in the house?
I've seen much of the rest of the world. It is brutal and cruel and dark, Rome is the light.

They are superior species, if they were not fluffy, did not have bushy tail and did not live on trees then I'd agree, but otherwise they are upstanding members of local community

I won't eat snakes or spiders. I like them.

Not too sure about pigs, lambs, chickens etc.

And I detest rats so won't go near them in any form.
