I've mentioned the Forester in another thread. I'd have one too if I could justify it in London. I like thae fact that's it's ugly but goes like stink. Character car.
    Hard Brexit now!

Bit harsh to sell the baby because it won't fit a car seat. Shame on you.

I showed the wife some pictures of a Forester in the hope of approval but she wasn't too impressed, she wants me to get another Audi... an RS4 would be nice but a 2.0 TDI is about as far as the budget would stretch... boring.

Now looking at a Legacy 3.0R spec B, I'll see what she says about that.
Science isn't about why, it's about why not. You ask: why is so much of our science dangerous? I say: why not marry safe science if you love it so much. In fact, why not invent a special safety door that won't hit you in the butt on the way out, because you are fired. - Cave Johnson

Super car, another hugely underrated option. It was a toss-up which I went for, but the Forester is ultimately the more practical choice for what I need. The Legacy is about £2-3k more than the Forester of the same age, but is every bit as good, well-equipped, driveable and finished as a 5-series.

But don't let everyone know about the proper Scoobies, it's quite nice being anonymous...

Once the choice of aristo's and farmers... now add IT contractors to the list.

I just refuse to have anything that could be mistaken for a run of the mill company car.

Definite shortage of IT contractors owning convertibles. Is it cos they is all ugly (contractors, not convertibles)?

Im thinking of having a conversion done on My Ambassador Vanden Plas
The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”

IT contractors apply logic. We have a rubbish climate ergo no convertibles.

Oh, and they're for vain poofs too.

Vain poofs that get more tottie than you though!

It's great when the summer months are here (there's nothing better than the sound of the V8 with the roof down). But rubbish in the winter, so I'll be getting shut of the S4 at the end of next year I reckon.

I wouldn't have another convertible now I've had one. Thinking of swapping it for a Range Rover sport.
