Now we know who wears the trousers in your relationship, now we know, now we knowThe court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.
But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.” -

Wheelspin is only half of it though, torque steer, understeer, you must be near the limit of what is safe. Go back 15 years and >200 bhp through the front wheels was considered dangerous, I guess the onboard computer must work overtime these daysOriginally posted by Maxamus View Postmy mates got 304BHP coming out of his MK5 Golf GTI Edition 30 and thats front wheel drive too!!!!
Its not as bad as it may seem. I hardly get wheel spin - only get it sometimes when i put my foot down hard from standing start. The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

Technology in cars is advanced these days. I've never had torque steer but i know a few Astra VXR boys (230/250bhp) who suffer from this really really badly. Car just oulls to the left and it gets worse when they put their foot down.Originally posted by Bagpuss View PostWheelspin is only half of it though, torque steer, understeer, you must be near the limit of what is safe. I suppose it can be dangerous but that depends on how you drive. My traction control does a good job keeping the car stable. Im not one of those guys who is a boy racer so i dont drive like a loonatic. I just like the fact that i have the power when i need it with no turbo lag.
I see a fair few contractors own Porsche cars. Whats the fascination with those? Theres only one porsche i've ever liked and thats the Carrera GTKeep it clean!!!Comment
