....Meanwhile back inthe real world the troops have been commited, however, troops payrises, new equipment, kevlar and boots have not, effectively the same troops will be out there, but with less protection.

I think the government will keep the troops sweet. In case they need to crush any uprising.Originally posted by fzbucks View Post....Meanwhile back inthe real world the troops have been commited, however, troops payrises, new equipment, kevlar and boots have not, effectively the same troops will be out there, but with less protection.
Maybe money saved will be taken out of budget for management consultants?Comment

So it's okay for GB to steal from our pensions (best part of £100 billion) and through artificially inflating the money supply (13% per annum) then?

Two wrongs don't make a right. Tax evasion is wrong no matter how you try to justify it. Don't get me wrong I will avoid paying as much tax as possible, however I will pay what I am legally required to pay.Originally posted by bobhope View PostSo it's okay for GB to steal from our pensions (best part of £100 billion) and through artificially inflating the money supply (13% per annum) then?

All of you are bitching and moaning that this country is going down the pan, yet most of you are applauding the fact that somebody is helping it go further down the pan by committing criminal acts, and you are condoning them. I really do despair when i see threads like this, it makes me realise just how bad a state this country is in.
If all of the hard working professionals are cheering on criminals what hope do we have?Comment

You're witty posts are so hilarious, I reckon you should get your own forum.Originally posted by richard-af View PostAre you doing time, by any chance? If so, let me know which HMP, and I'll send you some Anusol.
Also, it's considered correct prison slang to refer to actions such as mine as a "diabololical liberty, you slaaaaagggg!", I believe.
At the end of the day we obviously have different moral values I consider grassing people up quite low, does that make me a criminal myself?

Is it bad to provide a car owner details of the person that drove into thier car and then drove off while they were away from thier vehicle?
Is it bad to tell the police that you saw somebody knifing some guy to death in the street?
Is it bad to tell the MD of a company that one of his employees is stealing funds from the company bank account?
Is it bad to inform the police that you saw a parent indecently assaulting their child?
Do any of the above and you are "grassing somebody up" but I think the majority of people would agree that it is the correct thing to do. I suggest you grow up and start to realise that in the real world illegal activities are frowned upon, not encouraged and should be reported. This stupid childish "grassing up" idea you carry has no basis in the adult world.Comment

What happened to confronting people when you have an issue with them? The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.
But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”Comment
