I'm starting to get very annoyed with the Muslim community for "seeming" to not be doing very much about these acts of terrorism. After all, it's effecting them more than us - they have the same threat of being bombed as "us whites" do, but they also have to suffer the stigma of being involved and the backlash of the non muslim community around them.
They must be sh*tting bricks at the moment to put it mildly, so why aren't they on the telly up in arms about their stupid extremist cousins? Why aren't we all pulling together in this?! The muslim community seem to be being very quiet.

I'll tell you something that shocked me - I caught myself over the weekend thinking for a split second "lets get rid of all Muslims - that'll make the problem go away". It was only a split second...but it was still there.
If I had those thoughts...me, a complete non racist person...then I really fear for the state of this country and what will happen if these random bombings continue.
And more over, what will happen if the wedge between the muslim and non muslim community gets any bigger.

I "understand" the radical viewpoint of some on this board, and in the country....I understand that it is not only enforced by decades of passed down racism, but it is also now driven by current everyday fear. We're all scared of being bombed....of course we are.

But I reckon I'm a little more scared of what we might become, as a country and as people, if we dont start fighting this together. We will only win this when the muslim and non muslim communities come together and start fighting back....together.
Any other alternative will be worse than a few bombs.

Islamic extremists need to be shown by the world that we are living in a world where people can get along regardless of their faith. We all need to change - simple as that. It's the only way forward.

What exactly do you want them to do?
And how do you know that perhaps without their information there might be many more atrocities than there have been?

Seeming being the operative word - it's just the media f ucking with you.

No body does. If we swated up on the histrory of british politics, the lies, the deceits from both Labour, Tory and Liberals, no one would ever vote again. Fortunately for politicians, most people have short memories and future aspirations.

Oh, is there a history book on the BNP? Or are you alluding to some other party?
Better ask Old Gregg if he can give you an argument before you get involved matey as you dont seem capable of generating your own.

Now if you are implying that one party of a particular colour will turn out much like a previous incarnation then could you explain why or very own Government hasnt turned out like other well known left wing dictatorships?

BTW: Muslims are not your friends. If they are your friends then they are not Muslims.
It tells them in the Koran (about 10 times). They can not be friends with Christians, Jews and infidels. If they are then they become like the infidels and are eternaly damned. HTH.
I am not qualified to give the above advice!

Have a look at this article if you have a minute.

Our reaction to this type of problem is the thing that is in our control for the time being.

I genuinely believe the solution to this problem can be achieved by letting the security services do their job within a legal framework that ain't going to backfire on us AND by deterring/ persuading uk citizens fawat rom getting involved in this crap.

That's why I put quotes round "seeming" SAS.

I'm fairly convinced that the Muslim community must be helping...but I'm having to use my sense and logic to think that.

What I want them to do is be up in arms about stuff! I want to see them on Sky news every time I turn it on, or in papers, shouting and balling, and saying how appauled they are, and blasting anyone in their community who ever has anything to do with this kind of extremism.
I want to see hatred in their eyes for these people!

At the minute all I see (and more to the point, all the thick, racist masses see) is one token Muslim bloke per bomb, quietly saying "we do not suport this". They're given like 30 second air time for each terrorist episode!
This doesn't stick in your mind as Muslims being as outraged as non muslims does it?

And you don't think the media have something to do with this? After all what sells papers and air-time is the idea of "threats in our midst". Plus the govt. has it's own agenda.
The fact is compared with the other threats the country has faced, this is negligible.
