I think my darkest thoughts are starting to stray to "they are in deep sh*t with someone (owing money or something) and that they have basically sold her...arranged to have her snatched."
These really are my darkest thoughts like - I really hope its not true.
I just dont know what it is...they're always together, holding hands. Why haven't they fought and blamed each other yet? Why isn't it the husbands fault? Any normal couple (especially wife/mother) would have acted like a totally irrational lunatic by now! "It was you who wanted to go for food you evil b*stard - get out of my apartment it's all your fault" etc etc etc
Maybe they're just trying to keep their story on or near the front page, in the hope it helps get their daughter back.
Personally I think you're way off the mark, but everyone is entitled to an opinion, even if I consider this particular one to be on the harsh side.
Leaving the children on thier own while you go have dinner when they're within checking distance isn't completely suspicious either, though I suspect not many parents will consider it any more.
As for being in a creche who knows what's going on behind closed doors - might well be they're in no state to look afetr two young children at present.
Truth is, we don't know what they're going through or thier reasons for some actions but I don't get the feeling they're some shady couple who've done something unspeakable.
