      agreed and sounds nice

      regarding retirement I've noticed in my area of our business, the workforce has gone from agist to aging

      and there doesn't seem to be a next generation coming along

                Speaking of aging agists, my voyage into semi-retirement at 47/48 is going OK and I'm fortunate that a large part of me pension is in Gold and I'm just a couple of years away from cashing out the lump sum. It's nice not having to work for money now
