No, thats not how it works at all. When YouGuv do a poll for Sky news, it just means Sky News paid for a national poll, and it had nothing to do with polling their viewers.

It’s good enough for you because you don’t understand polling and the headline feeds your confirmation bias. In reality, People Polling is not a credible polling company as they have a large house bias and they are owned and operated by a shill for Reform who used to study the hard right, but was somehow captured along the way
