    CUK tv club currently watching

Loving the book club but our friend Zeity's apprentice is doing all the heavy lifting. So I thought it was time we had a tv version.

Just watched "David Jason's secret service" which was excellent.

Silo (Apple TV) and Severance (Apple TV) are the two last shows i've watched and both recommended, Severance especially.

Motion to convert this to a TV and Film thread.

The Ayes have it the Ayes have it.

    Mods do the needful.

Pretty sad that the writers strike in the US will likely lead to an annoying delay in TV shows.

We watched The Reckoning about Jimmy Savile. It was hard watching, but good.

Massive Engineering Mistakes: how to build tulip so it doesn't fall down and/or kill people.

Aside from that, multiple implementations of Maigret from 1960 BBC version with Rupert Davies and Ewan Solon in glorious B&W, the Gambon version, the French version from the 1990s with subtitles, and half an ep of the Mr Bean version.

I was thinking it was an extension of this silly movie

          Looks interesting though.

Yes I watched that with my heart falling, Steve Coogan was rather good, not enough people who enabled him were exposed though.
