Isn't the average OF income approximately £150 a month?
-
Probably, but there is seemingly over 2 million 'creators' and over 200 million 'users'. Those who go on these podcasts aren't everyday joes.Originally posted by MyUserName View Post

I sense a lot of boomers don't understand how big the market is.Comment

'old fashion' is what non boomers call 'bigoted', just FYI.Originally posted by northernladuk View Post
Maybe I'm old fashioned buy anyone doing hard/soft porn on onlyfans fits the 'trash' bill nicely. It's got sweet FA to do with money. The local drug dealer probably makes more than me, should I refer to him as an upstanding pillar of the community?Comment

Having an opinion on sex workers makes you a bigot nowadays does it? I don't think so.Originally posted by JustKeepSwimming View Post

I've noticed if you ask kids today what they want to do when they get older, a lot will say they want to be youtubers. I wonder if OF is becoming a natural extension of that. Society has been increasingly hyper sexualised in order to sell more stuff or stream more content, it's not a surprise boundaries get blurred in the younger generation. The sales pitch is quite alluring "I can be my own boss, get likes, money, and my kids won't be embarrassed because I'll be driving them around in a Ferrari".
Not exactly how I imagined the future to be.Comment

Many jobs are not how we expected them to be. Deliveroo / just eat were not viable until technology enabled them. Online estate agents or matchmaking similar.Originally posted by krytonsheep View PostI've noticed if you ask kids today what they want to do when they get older, a lot will say they want to be youtubers. One of our friend's daughters does OF, she was fairly plain but after a boob job, fake tan and tattooed style eyebrows she seems to be making a good living. Not what I hope for my daughters but neither is the centrefold in playboy.Comment

It was quite funny, shame it got railroadedOriginally posted by vetran View PostIt was meant to be a bit of a laugh about some woman's very high standards in a suitor despite being a 4-5, no self awareness hunting men on linkedin, she is way too old for DiCaprio and her wine abuse / future cat owning. Seems it has turned into a OF, Red pill and Misandry argument.
sorry everyone.Comment

I thought she was trying to sell and publicise her matchmaking skills."You’re just a bad memory who doesn’t know when to go away" JRComment

I wonder whether there's a parallel forum to this, where OnlyFans creators can talk amongst themselves. E.g.Originally posted by vetran View PostOne of our friend's daughters does OF, she was fairly plain but after a boob job, fake tan and tattooed style eyebrows she seems to be making a good living.
OF1: "Can I claim a boob job as a tax deductible expense?"
OF2: "Have you asked your accountant?"
Of course, I'm sure they'd have their own share of trolling, e.g. "GigoloBronze" popping up to tell people that anyone who doesn't earn £1000/day is living in slavery.Comment
