Just because others make mistakes or occasionally show bias doesn't mean all are equal. DM is notoriously bad.
As oppossed to the Independent and Guardian, slightly less worse.

BBC rated as trusted worries me. Having seen some of its reporting on Twitter, Covid etc I can only assume we now have a very relaxed view of trusted.

However, I would say mediabiasfactcheck does have some good advice for DM and should really be applied to the other news outlets. Fact check the articles yourself.

that bias checker is seriously questionable.

How can it determine that a media source that is neither left, nor right, therefore centre, is unbiased??????
What a ridiculous misunderstanding of what bias actually is.

Political views don't sit nicely on an arbitrary one dimensional spectrum. And "not biased" should not be on that scale at all otherwise it is biased.

yes because its really only 66% of those challenged that were lying about being adults and therefore 20% of all those presenting themselves as children who were proven as liars after being challenged.
I see that as SO MUCH BETTER.

Have you checked out the owner of that website?

We know all media outlets in the UK have their biases since they mostly take stories from the press agencies and press releases and rewrite them for their readers, but owners of fact checker websites, survey websites etc need to be checked for biases as well.

You can look at Hansard or the Slaver for direction but they hadn't caught up with the letter.

Sadly as usual the wail was the first to the story again. (well Yahoo were 2 hours ahead but they don't count)

why does the method matter when the result will always be deeply flawed?
