You do have to wonder about the grasp on reality of anyone who thinks social media is a more reliable source of news than MSM (with all its faults).Comment

I havent watched the interview, but surely if you want free speech you have to listen to opposing views that you may find extreme and challenge them in the open. TComment

I also think it's based on who you are. You clearly champion people who say stuff you like. These peope challenge everything and in some cases you might not like what they think. For example, Ben Shaprio, you may love his stance on men becoming women and he's extremely good at debating it, but he has a stong opinion on abortion which you may not agree on. So do you respect him because he's bloody good at debating and factualising his argument or do you resepect him because he says what you agree with. I think they are different thing.
So is your respect based on he's bloody good at what he does and challenges popular rhetoric or respect him because he's championing your causes?
And I'd agree with Woohoo, you can't applaud someone for fighting the system, digging deep in to all opinions and debating yet call them for speaking to someone that is hugely unpopular to debate it. If you were a Saudi Arabian would you lose respect for someone that suggest women could drive? You get my point?'CUK forum personality of 2011 - Winner - Yes really!!!!Comment

Increasingly though, the pro and anti LGBT groups are becoming equally bigoted. Neither will tolerate the other view being expressed and will actively work to suppress this, even by threat or violence.Originally posted by MaryPoppinsI'd still not breastfeed a naziOriginally posted by vetranUrine is quite nourishingComment
