I don't really understand the security issues. I've done three of these, 2 F2F one Teams, you can put any name on your card and only a first name. The course providers tell you that you are bound by confidentiality about any one else's identity. So she could have gone on Teams and be called Tina. If afterwards someone tried to 'out' her she could have legitimately declined to answer.
