I have used it a couple of times when I can't find a word for something - when you know there's a word but your brain won't retrieve it. I can describe it in a sentence and while Google will not return anything useful, these tools can - just like a person. Actually quite useful even though only a very tiny part of what it can do.

Asking it for factual information and getting that out doesn't mean that's all it can do.

For instance I asked it "how do you make the number 1 disappear?"

Google says add "G" to "one". What does ChatShat say?

The word you're looking for is senility.

Pretty sure between ancestry, faceache and google there's sufficient detail to make a passable attempt
