It would be positive racism if there was someone in the Tory Party capable of running the UK (in a way that was best for the UK and its citizens, not just shareholders, hedge funds, Tufton Street, and foreign backers), who was prevented from doing the job because of their skin colour.
It's quite clear there is no one in the Tory Party who is capable of being Prime Minister of the UK.
