So you think it's Ok that 99.9% of African's have zero benefit from the natural resources that are extracted from their land? Land that was stolen from them by colonial countries and land now 'owned' by foreign companies?

Ah, that would be the South Africa that was run by colonialists for 200 years, and the land was taken from the natives and now 99.99% of the natives have nothing, not even basic health care, because the land and resources are held by non-native nationals/companies (DeBeers ring a bell?)

Take a look at most of these 'tin pot' countries as you call them, and the majority of their issues were caused by colonial land grab and taking of the natural resources from the rightful owners.

You know Cecil Rhodes purchased the diamond mines from Dutch Farmers (hence De Beers) who had discovered diamonds on the land they had settled? I suppose Royal Dutch Shell can be seen as colonists for having north sea oil interests, maybe we can claim reparations?

Nice victim blaming there ... blame the African's for the carving up of their continent and nations. Maybe the below map will give you a clearer picture of how foreign nations stole Africa (not any Arab countries there) (20th century - yes it started before that, but this is the race for Africa.).
