Well there are four people in the picture with distinctly unfriendly faces so I think people might reading too much in to it in my opinion but it's an easy target and no biggie really so nothing wrong with a change I guess.

The girl is probably shouting slowly at them in English when their other language is French which is why the adults look pissed off.

OUP said that sentence had been amended in 2012 to read: "It would be easy to lose each other in such a crowded place."

So it's not said the unfriendly bit for over 10 years but someone has found a copy of it with the original text in? OK I take back anything I said. Woke brigade win a phyric victory over nothing. Absolutely no need for the book to be removed at all. Dark Black nailed it.
