Yeah, but raw numbers don't mean much of you have a massive investment via your SIPP and ISAs. If you're down tens of percent, that's a different matter and probably indicates a very risky and unbalanced portfolio indeed.Comment

Bought £10K of Palladium ETC before New Year, along with similar amounts of Gold and Platinum ETCs. Working well as an offset against Global equity drops.Comment

Think we are all losing at mo. Received £20k recently following some legal decision over the teacher's pension I have from the late missus's job. With all the expired savings accounts must have £30 to £40k in cash but just not sure what to do with it at the moment.bloggoth
