Yes it's fixed. That looks like it's either been set up for the photo or someone is there when they took it. The stuff on the top of the sink isn't provided so I imagine when you turn up there would be nothing but the wood frame. A mattress if you are lucky (or not depending on if you would sleep on old mattresses). Like when you sell a house. Like house pictures with all the furniture in, thats not what you get first day you open your new door.

Dunno what's sadder, the fact people have the gaul to let properties like or the fact there are people out there that will have to take it.

To be honest looks rather spacious and luxurious for £900 per month, I'd market that at £1,100 per month in the current economic boom.
