Doesn't he realise how desperately pathetic and discreditable that sounds, as he was the one supposedly overseeing and approving the rules at the time?

He will still have plenty of supporters both in government, in the media and UK voters.
There will be spin and deflection "Who cares that he had multiple parties and only says sorry with caveats, the person asking the question broke covid rules too!" (The fact that Kate Burley apologised and was off air for 6 months for a single incident is irrelevant in the BoJo fan club)

What other news is being buried today the government is trying to hide?
Police and Crime bill?
Fact that if you fraudulently claimed a bounce back loan you won't be made to pay it back?

Ahh Keir Starmer copied BoJo.
On 23rd December 2020 BoJo was drinking beer with staff at Downing Street when London was in tier 4."You’re just a bad memory who doesn’t know when to go away" JRComment

Pretty sure it will. He's a nobody, and will get all the appropriate attention. This is simply a move to keep his seat come the next election since he clearly believes Labour will win back the seat (which is a fair expectation). Nobody in one party will take any notice of a member who defects to another one: nor are they much trusted in their new one, come to that.Originally posted by WTFH View PostOne gone.

We will wait to see if his constituency party boot him out, meaning a likely new bi-election. And if they do, will he stand as a labour candidate...
Blog? What blog...?

And they say being a Tory MP is all wine and cheese parties... this is the office of the chap who defected:
What a dump. I wonder how long before it's defaced amusingly?Originally posted by MaryPoppinsI'd still not breastfeed a naziOriginally posted by vetranUrine is quite nourishingComment
