No, they won't even investigate offences that happened right under their noses.

Met Police: "What's in that clinking suitcase, minister?"
    "Nothing"
    Met: "OK, perfectly allowed"

    ...2 hours later

"Me and my mates love you"
Met officer: "Good evening, safe home all 20 of you"

Essentially Harry did his version of Brexit and now he whines that he can't get police protection.

He can easily hire ex-SAS types, but instead he chooses to make this thing public, knowing full well that his offer of money can't be accepted in the first place.

Perhaps if he wasn't an arsehole to his family then one of them (who have police protection) would have always tagged along with him during his visits.

Genuis, flippin genius, Madge needs to know, Prince Andrew's new role can be Prince Harry's tag-nut, what a fecking perfect fit!

Does Prince Andrew have to pay for protection too now? Or not until he's inside?

            It's a civil case.

And yes people have mentioned the fact he gets taxpayer funded protection when he now does and has been for a while doing SFA.

Can't wait to hear the defence for this claim for Priti Patel:

Last night Labour blocked the Government from introducing new measures to stop Insulate Britain & XR bringing our country to a standstill. Once again Labour’s actions are proving they are not on the side of the law-abiding majority - instead choosing to defend vandals and thugs.

...And many lap it up as the truth (or just bank it as positive affirmation of their beliefs)

Here's how the votes actually stacked up. As can be clearly seen, it wasn't Labour that blocked the draconian measures to ban protests that upset the government, but cross party, and several Conservative peers as well:

Thing is, right wing ideology is in favour of personal freedoms and less state intervention so many tories will be uncomfortable with this - as people who truly believe in freedom of speech defend peoples' rights to say things they vehemently disagree with.

The laws are already there to stop people causing various types of nuisance when protesting.

I suspect Priti is planning on being PM.

The conversations you have over a glass of wine can be the most important ones, when it comes to important decision making.
