    Who's still working?

I finished last week but have some odd bits to finish - want to leave something monitoring over the holiday - so here I am doing a few extra hours.

Are many still billing today/tomorrow? Anyone managed to get paid for 25th/26th?

    Bah humbug!

    I don't work around Crimbo.

The most I've ever have done is a 45 min phone call on Xmas Eve.

I try to take the school hols off. The most I've ever done was working until 4am on Xmas Eve because I was offered £1500 (or similar) to get a piece of work done that day, but it had to be that day.

'Still' working ... giving the volume of posts, I'm not sure working is the right term.

I'm in NYE morning for a few hours, but apart from that I'm off until 4th Jan

I worked yesterday but am technically on furlough (because we all know stopping a project to "save money" for a couple of weeks is the way to guarantee it delivers on time). I might do half a day next week to monitor a couple of things.

I have a week off in January so I'll just charge while I'm sunning myself.

I love working over Christmas as I can get lots done without interruption. Last year I worked Christmas Day! I wouldn't have worked CD or BD this year as they're on the weekend but would have worked the bank holidays.

I used to do that sort of thing but I have little people now. They need Daddy more than Client-Co needs a developer.

Currently sitting in Dulles airport waiting for the overnight into Heathrow and the onto Frankfurt and should arrive about 18.00 on 24/12. Just finished 2 weeks in Washington and 1 in Orlando on large projects. Back in Feb and March and most of April in Sofia and Vienna.

I would be working, but I've got a cold and I'm now a permie.
