It doesn't matter what you think of Brexit, the resignation of one of the few ministers who have even a shred of integrity is pretty depressing. Look at his reasons, they are pretty sound.

You mean "It isn't done while the UK haven't come up with any solutions for Northern Ireland, but don't want the one they agreed with the EU or any other suggestions the EU makes"

The UK does not SELL fishing licences it issues them with the understanding the fishermen will fish sustainably. The recipients may sell them to a suitable buyer who obeys the rules.Originally posted by WTFH View Post

The French do not like the UK not issuing licences when they can't fill in the form properly.
The many EU buyers & recipients seem unable to obey the stockholding rules.
