Oh, just realised we have 2 nutmeg graters - one, i've no idea where it came from, the other was from a spice farm in Zanzibar.

Just realised something, since the word "Digital" refers to "digits", which is another word for fingers, does that mean a "Digital Cat Flap" is one that is operated by fingers? If so, um...…Maybe we ain’t that young anymoreComment

I love an arbitrary list that tells me where I fit into society!
And have failed miserably....... with only 2.
I have a nutmeg grater and we do have children's golf clubs, since both Mr B and I play, so we got Miss B a set.
But its always a little disappointing when its not the middle class telling us what the middle class have, just "Brits" talking about what items they have that they perceive to be middle class. When its something as important as this, how can I be expected to improve, unless the information comes directly from my social betters?Comment

Practically none of that carp is in any sense "upper class", if anything mostly the opposite, a sort of modern equivalent of fish knives.Tofu press
Nutmeg grater
Caviar spoons
Avocado scoop
Saddles the horses have outgrown
13 kinds of flour and six kinds of rice
Digital cat flap
Teabag tongs
Electric salt and pepper grinders
Falconry glove
Electric plate warmer
Touch-free kitchen bin
Avocado grower
Mini grand piano
Chutney spoon
Boiling water tap
Pickle fork
Filtered water fountain for the cat
Champagne sword
Skincare fridge
Celery salt
Wine glasses for specific grapes
Tiffany cat bowl
Sugar tongs
Candle wick scissors
Grapefruit spoons
Le Creuset cat bowl
Pastry fork
Children’s golf clubs
Electric polenta pan
Sourdough starter
Hotel Chocolat Velvetiser
Robotic hoover
Electric corkscrew
Mind you, I could really do with a digital cat flap, especially an AI-based one that can sense when an approaching furry fiend has an object in its mouth and in that event stay firmly closed!
