I thought muscle weighs more than fat. So if you work out either lifting weights , running , cycling hence using the large muscles , the weight of that , could that disguise the weight for fat ?

They’ve been changing the sizes to mess with our heads. While my old jeans from when I was 21 still fit, my new jeans are all 2 or 4 inches “smaller” despite being exactly the same size.
Still, you’re probably too skinny anyway, so I wouldn’t worry.

Muscle is denser than fat.
