1. Motorbike owners, scooter owners and moped owners suppose to do?
2. Gardeners who use petrol mowers, hedge trimmers etc suppose to do?
3. RNLI volunteers suppose to do so they can fill up lifeboats?
There are probably more examples of people who need to get less than £30 of fuel and/or use petrol cans but theses are the ones I can think of at the top of my head."You’re just a bad memory who doesn’t know when to go away" JRComment

Some tanker and HGV drivers are starting to struggle to fill their tankers/HGVs.
Luckily most companies have their own pumps......"You’re just a bad memory who doesn’t know when to go away" JRComment

So, what encouragement is there for them to come back?
Oh, yes, those years of abuse were the fault of the French.
Keep on blaming foreigners, that's the spirit!
Maybe some temporary disruption will be good in the long run, if it means we become more self-reliant and stop outsourcing our skills and exploiting foreign labour to the detriment of training and employing British people.

Got a couple of big cans of gas oil, AKA red diesel, from my old heating system in my shed. Illegal to use though and not sure it it wouldn't damage me little van's engine.bloggoth

Also, maybe mix it down with some pump diesel, rather than just using it on its own.
Diesel engines are pretty tolerant of what they burn.
