US Army has gone Woke (weak) under Biden. The Generals seem more concerned with Critical race theory and eliminating 'White Rage' (whatever that is ) these days.

I expect China to take advantage of how weak the US now is and move on Taiwan within the next three years while Biden is still president. His mental decline and incompetence is only going to get worse.

The drones are miles up and can be very small. A gliding /falling drone the size of hand grenade will be difficult to hit dropped from a high altitude platform, same for small explosives on mini rockets.

Obviously it’s the high altitude platform that will be the target - Iran certainly got interest in reducing number of such platforms around its borders

Its not necessary to "paint a target" with modern drones, with modern cameras experts can be in a Starbucks equipped bunker in the US and press the button as if they were there.

They found Osama in Pakistan they didn't need grunts on the ground. They only sent in soldiers to make a positive identification and not upset the Pakistanis, turning to house to dust without a picture of Osama laying in it wouldn't go too well internationally.

Jim Banks, a former US Navy reservist, said that the vast amount of hardware left behind includes 75,000 vehicles, 200 airplanes and helicopters and 600,000 small arms and light weapons.

“The Taliban now has more Black Hawk helicopters than 85 per cent of the countries in the world,” he said in a speech in Washington.
