In November 2009, the Afghan Minister of Counter Narcotics General Khodaidad Khodaidad stated that the majority of drugs are stockpiled in two provinces controlled by troops from the US, the UK, and Canada. He also said that NATO forces are taxing the production of opium in the regions under their control and that foreign troops are earning money from drug production in Afghanistan."Is someone you don't like allowed to say something you don't like? Didn't Trump start the withdrawal, or some such? Yes Biden could have reversed it, I guess that depends on what information he was given.

A hilarious thing about rare Earths?
The US has a tulipton of them. As it happens, senator Dianne Feinstein, leader of the commission in charge of it closed down the US exploitation of rare earths for eco reasons. Her husband happens to have the only licence (at the time, not sure now) of importing same rare Earths from China.
