The rioters may mean more people are being released early than would otherwise be the case, but the rioters were not the trigger for early release. Your statement is factually incorrect. His tenure was 2008-2013 during the Rotherham rape scandal? If the papers hadn't intervened those poor kids would still be being raped. Of course it wasn't just Rotherham, it stinks like month old fish.

Aye but alternative facts. I've been following this story on Ch4 News for many years. The girls were failed by multiple agencies (Council, social workers, child protection and probably most of all the Police). Trying to pin this on the CPS is pure bulltulip, for no other reason than political mischief.
