I have had a few Mercs over the years. C-class, a few others and an S500 I had for a little while. (Great car that)
A GLA is a possibility for my next steer which I have already discounted.
Mercedes customer service has steadily got worse over the years. From the point of 1st entry into the showroom through to delivery and then aftersales/service and indeed roadside assist.
After about 2010, the only time I got good customer service from Mercedes was with the S-Class. I looked at the GLA about 4 years ago and my local dealership couldn't have given less of a tulip and they really weren't trying that hard to drive my business away to a competitor marque.
Its like someone at Merc HQ has written a memo to staff saying "only bother with the customer if they are buying top of the line, otherwise don't waste time"Former IPSE member
