The Official Car Rant: F**k Mercedes Roadside Assistance *****rs

"A people that elect corrupt politicians, imposters, thieves and traitors are not victims, but accomplices," George Orwell -
Friend of mine (yes, I know) was testing a newish Merc recently, and quite enjoying it, when an Irish voice suddenly came out of the speakers asking if everything was ok with the car. Given he didn't have a mobile phone and the car was behaving perfectly he was more than a little confused, to say the least.
Turns out the car had phoned home - in this case Dublin - to report a fault that didn't exist. The Irish gentlemen than ran a series on online tests to find the alleged fault, failed, and suggested the car was returned to the dealer (who was in the passenger seat) for further investigation.
My friend bought an Audi...Blog? What blog...?Comment

And how the feck servicing at the dealer affects tyre problems? Service got nothing to do with it. The fecking frauds offer a £25 a year benefit and make you go to the dealer where you've spend 20-30 times more every year, which would (MAYBE!!!) have been ok is the sticker said - MUST BE SERVICED AT THE DEALER, it had nothing of that sort - plus it was Merc's DESIGN CHOICE to not even have a spare tiny wheel in a fecking SUV that got big boot.Comment

Imagine paying all that money and not getting a spare.
i paid for the inbuilt sat nav in my Audi and the fecker won't let me put in a full postcode as they did not pay for the full postcode database.Make Mercia Great Again!Comment

Also are you aware of all the other things that your extended warrant doesn't cover vs the orginal warranty? There are loads of them.
