Some people like to work surrounded by idiots, some people like to work surrounded by people who are at least as good as they are. Do you want to live in the cheapest house on an expensive street or vice versa and all that.

I've been fortunate either to end up in places without idiots, or to avoid getting to know my colleagues well enough to tell
