Until this post 99% of the forum had no idea who you were or what you posted, by being a total tool you will now be forever known around here and be added to the lore of such posters as █████, ████, ██████, █████ and how could we forget the legend that was ███████

Why? There is no answer in this thread, just random comments. A sticky needs the CUK policy on account removal and the process to follow. Just that. Nothing else.
And given the techies on here, surely a simple find/replace script could be knocked up to update threads to remove someone's name with a new random name "DeletedUser_1" or such like.
Right to be forgotten only covers personal data. You can request your account to be closed but posts you or others have made on here do not constitute personal data unless they contain identifying information about you. If this is the case then you should indicate where this has occurred so they can be removed or redacted.
In order to request this you need to contact the DPO via the contact details on the page that you quoted that text from. You will also need to provide proof of identity in order to assure the site owners that you are who you say you are and not someone impersonating that individual, as the site owners have a duty under the regulations to confirm this.
OP is still a flouncing twat though.
