Eek watching know-it-alls failing to check whether it's already sorted (it is).
Austria makes sense. I never expected easyJet to be caught out as they're the only UK airline I could think of who does point to point within Europe.

As I said, it's a non story but something for the [insert name of foamy mouthed user/newspaper here] to get excited over.

They're busy recruiting new staff in Austria.
Yep, old news from June. I think they'll retain the Luton base IIRC.

The only problem with Austria is that Vienna Terminal 1 is a complete dump which no-one really cared about once Lufthansa / Austria Air moved to Terminal 3.

Considering easyJet won't pay for jetties to the aircraft, cos it cheaper to do steps to tarmac, I suspect they don't care.

..and as they sack staff in the UK, they're recruiting in Austria.

Of course it's old news, they decided to this in 2017 to mitigate the problems of Brexit.
              I'm alright Jack

Good riddance to treacherous rubbish. All the more willing labour available for the Empire 2.0 jam, tea and biscuit export boom.
